"No dignity for Mum"

A review of Co-operative Funeral Care by Anonymous written on Thursday 22nd of February 2018

Funeral started late, wrong tune was played, only two out of the three pieces of music were played (time was short apparently due to late start), Dad was referred to by the wrong name and driver of family car told us that 'there was something wrong with either CD's or CD player, can't remember what organist said exactly' when he heard us talking about the distress caused to family by how Mum's funeral was conducted (which was untrue). And I am still waiting for at least an acknowledgement of letter I sent to Kilmarnock Co-op Funeral Care 7 weeks ago.Not the respectful and dignified ending we had wanted and expected for Mum. Not what she deserved..
